We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: • name or company name, • email address, • phone number (optional), • message content / enquiry. We do not collect any other personal data without your knowledge.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and to potentially enter into a business relationship. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and legitimate interests of the controller).
4. Retention period
Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law (including tax and archiving regulations — up to 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the cooperation took place). If no cooperation occurred, data is deleted promptly after the correspondence ends.
