PARK ŚLĄSKI – ONE OF THE LARGEST CITY PARK IN EUROPE

The WPKiW is the Provincial Park of Culture and Recreation. It is the perfect place for us to regenerate our strength after a hard working week. Sam Park is located in Chorzów, it covers an area of 620 hectares, thus it is one of the largest urban parks in Europe. Otherwise called “green lungs of Upper Silesia”, which is the cultural center of the Upper Silesian conurbation.

To the main attractions, the park is sure to be the Silesian Zoological Garden, which is stunningly beautiful, has many paths and what is important, we can meet cheetahs, meerkats, water cocks, fallow deer, camels, tiger pygids, wolf wolves or katta lemurs. Silesian Stadium, Silesian Planetarium is another attraction – it is the largest and oldest planetarium in Poland. Silesian Rope Park, GKS Stadium Katowice, Park Railway, Hat Exhibition Hall, Marina – water and recreational center, swimming pool Fala, outdoor gym, penthouse, tennis center, scout center, Silesian Cableway etc. – 3 days, will be for some cafes and fast food bars.
